Conference on ‘Medicine and Data Protection Law’ (8–9 April 2016)
Welcome to the conference "Medicine and Data Protection Law" (8/9 April 2016, Würzburg)
On 8 and 9 April 2016, the Faculty of Law at the University of Würzburg is hosting the conference "Medicine and Data Protection". The event is sponsored by the University Association of the University of Würzburg. Relevant topics will be covered in four blocks: Data protection in hospitals and clinical research, through the digitalisation of medical applications and in medical practices.
The conference is aimed at both a scientifically interested audience as well as doctors and lawyers who want to learn more about this particularly exciting interface between medicine and law.

Conference fee
99 € incl. catering during the conference and get-together on Friday evening.
For members of the University of Würzburg, participation in the conference is free of charge, for the optional participation in the get-together a fee of 35 € will be charged, which can be paid in cash on site.
The conference fee will be collected by direct debit. We will send you a corresponding form after registration.
Confirmation of participation
A confirmation of participation will be filled out. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to have the event partially credited as further training in the medical specialist lawyer course.
