Nuclear fusion – the energy source of the future?
This question was the subject of an interdisciplinary symposium organised at the University of Würzburg by JMU professors Markus Ludwigs(Law), Karl Mannheim (Physics) and Kyrill-Alexander Schwarz (Law).
The interdisciplinary perspectives from physics, sociology, economics and law discussed there can now be read in the conference proceedings published by Duncker & Humblot, which are available via Open Access.
In it,Kristin Weiß examines the legal framework for the future commercial use of fusion energy and puts forward proposals for the further development of that framework.
