Contents

The lecture Basic Course Criminal Law IV, Special Part 2, deals with central issues of property and pecuniary offences. The individual elements of the offence are presented systematically and taught using specific examples taken from supreme court case law. The time and place of the intermediate examination will be announced in good time by a separate notice board
