Contents

This seminar teaches the techniques for solving exam questions in criminal law by discussing criminal law cases each week that cover various exam-relevant issues. In this way, the material covered in the lectures is reinforced through working on these cases. The seminar offers the opportunity to obtain the ‘Advanced Criminal Law’ seminar certificate. Students are set one term paper and two written examinations; to obtain the seminar certificate, students must pass at least one term paper and one written examination.
