Event number: 02000120
Event time & place: Mondays 12 - 2 p.m. from 20 April to 24 July 2020 in Lecture Hall II - Alumni Lecture Hall (Old University).
Materials: WueCampus course room

This summer semester, the chair is offering a weekly discussion of exam cases with an intercultural background. On the one hand, the lecture teaches the techniques for solving written examination cases in criminal law and, on the other hand, offers the opportunity to work through and legally analyse particularly topical issues. The course is aimed at all semesters. This means that the lecture can be attended alongside the exercise in criminal law and criminal law AT II. At the end of the lecture there will be a voluntary written examination. On request, participation in the lecture can be certified in the form of a certificate. For GSiK-Jura participants: There is the opportunity to obtain the GSiK-Jura certificate (instead of five lectures and a passed vhb exam). An excursion to London is attached to the lecture, which is intended to serve as an exchange on British experiences with interculturality in the context of Brexit.
