Contents
The course deals with questions concerning the transfer of decision-making competences to computer systems, new technologies in the field of law, discusses the use of new technologies in the administration of justice and addresses legal challenges of the use of new technologies.

vhb exam
On 1 March 2023 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in lecture hall V, interested students can take part in a vhb exam with a focus on legal informatics as part of the "Technology and Law" course.As this is a written examination of the vhb course, it is necessary to register in the course of the Bavarian Virtual University "Technology and Law" and send an e-mail to vhb-strafrecht(at)jura.In the e-mail, please state your name, matriculation number, university and an address. Please note that you can only take either the exam "Technology and Law" or "Technology and Law with a focus on Legal Informatics", but not both exams.
