EAPIL Working Group International Property Law (Internationales Sachenrecht)

Under the auspices of the European Association of Private International Law (EAPIL) Eva-Maria Kieninger chaired the Working Group International Property Law. A description of the goals and working methods can be found here. The group's draft for a potential EU regulation can be found here. Some aspects were discussed at a conference in Tarragona (Spain), the open-access publication can be found here.

 

The Hague Academy of International Law, Summer 2027

In summer 2027 Eva-Maria Kieninger will teach a course on International Property Law and Secured Transaction at the Hague Academy of International Law.

Together with Ole Böger, Roderick J. Wood and Bruce Whittaker, we are editing an International Commentary on the Cape Town Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and its Protocols. The book is due to be published with Edward Elgar in 2027.
