Annual ECFR Symposium

Dear Colleague,

We cordially invite you to the 19th ECFR Symposium, which will be held on September 26, 2025 (9:00 h to 16:30 h) in Frankfurt (Germany).

The focus of our debates will be on capital markets in a de-globalizing world and on the recent EU initiative on introducing a  28th company law regime.

The conference will be hosted by our estimed colleague Tobias Tröger on behalf of the Center for Advanced Studies Foundations of Law and Finance (CAS LawFin) at Goethe University and the Leibniz Institute Sustainable Architecture for Finance in Europe (SAFE), located Theodor-W.-Adorno-Platz 3, 60629 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The conference will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to choose whether they wish to participate in person or online (the link will be sent out a few days prior to the conference, you will be asked to tick the box for online participation when opening the registration formmentioned below).

As usual, there will be a pre-conference dinner on the evening of 25th September 2025.

The conference fee (catering) will amount to € 65,00, the dinner fee to € 50,00.
