Annual ECFR Symposium

Dear Colleague, 

We cordially invite you to the 20th ECFR Symposium, which will be held on October 2, 2026 (9:00 h to 16:30 h) in Stockholm (Sweden).

The focus of our debates will be on harmonisation of corporate law and centralised financial market supervision in the ongoing EU-initiatives regarding the „EU-Inc“-Regulation and the Market Integration and Supervision Package (MISP). 

The conference will be hosted by our esteemed colleagues Erik Lidman and Rolf Skog on behalf of the Swedish Corporate Governance Institute at Stockholm University. It will take place at The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering and Sciences in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either in person or online. Should you wish to participate online, please tick the relevant box in the registration form below; the joining link will be sent out a few days before the event.  

As usual, there will be a pre-conference dinner on the evening of October 1.  

Attendance is free of charge, thanks to the generous support of the Handelsbanken Research Foundations.
