Prof Dr Lingbo Xu
Dr Xu Lingbo is currently an associate professor at the Faculty of Law at Nanjing University. She received her doctorate from the University of Würzburg and the University of Beijing at the same time and obtained a doctorate from both universities. During her studies at the University of Würzburg, Dr Xu was involved in the founding of the Chinese-German Criminal Law Teachers' Association and the translation and publication of various documents. In 2019, as part of the new generation of female criminal law scholars, she took part in the 5th conference of the Chinese-German Criminal Law Teachers' Association and commented on the topic of "Participatory Teaching Facing New Challenges - Digitalisation and the Internet".
Dr Xiaoyan Huang, LL.M. Eur.
Dr Huang Xiaoyan studied at the University of Würzburg and completed his doctorate with a dissertation on "Technology versus Law" under Prof. Dr Dr Eric Hilgendorf. During his studies, Dr. Xiaoyan Huang assisted Prof. Genlin Liang and Prof. Hilgendorf in setting up the Sino-German Criminal Law Association and organising several conferences as well as translating and publishing a large number of publications.
