Contents

The lecture Basic Course Criminal Law I deals with central issues of the general part. It deals with the examination structure of a completed offence, errors, justification and excuses. These are presented systematically and taught using specific examples taken from supreme court case law. The time and place of the final exam will be announced in good time by means of a separate notice.
