Tagungen

As part of its work, the CDSV organises regular meetings and conferences to intensify contacts between Chinese and German criminal law scholars.

For example, the first major conference was held from 16-18 September 2011 at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg with the topic "The principle of legality in the context of criminal law interpretation in China and Germany". On the first weekend of September 2013, a corresponding exchange took place at Peking University Law School in China. In 2015, again in September, the conference was held in Lecture Hall IV of the Faculty of Law in Würzburg on the topic of unlawfulness. The 2017 conference on the theory of guilt in the information society took place in Hangzhou from 9 to 10 September. The 2019 conference was held in Lecture Hall II, the Law Alumni Lecture Hall, in Würzburg and focussed on the theory of participation.

A smaller conference on 11 July 2023 in Würzburg dealt with platform crime.
