The central aim is to strengthen the exchange between German and Latin American criminal law. Both sides work together on an equal footing. In order to promote the exchange, reciprocal works and conferences with members from both worlds are organized every year. The exchange between academics will undoubtedly lead to fruitful cooperation between the criminal law disciplines in both systems.
