Course content

The exercise teaches the technique for solving exam cases in criminal law by discussing criminal law cases on different exam-relevant problems on a weekly basis. In this way, the material learnt in the lectures is repeated by working on the case. In the tutorial, there is the opportunity to obtain the "Advanced Criminal Law Tutorial Certificate". One term paper and two written examinations are set; at least one term paper and one written examination must be passed in order to obtain the practice certificate.
