How to find the Robotics Law Research Centre

Driving directions:

Directions from the A3:
Leave the motorway at the exit "Würzburg Heidingsfeld". Get into the left lane and turn left onto the B19. Continue in the left lane. After passing the town sign of Würzburg, stay in the left lane. Turn left at the second traffic light after the town sign. On this road (Rottendorfer Strasse) you will see a Jet petrol station on the right after about 100m. Continue straight ahead. After approx. 200m you will come through a narrow archway. Turn left at the traffic lights directly after the archway. You will see the Residence Palace on the left. Follow the street. Before the second traffic light turn right into a small narrow street (Domerschulstrasse). At the very end of the street on the left hand side you will find the Alte Universität building (our location).

Directions from the A7:
If you are coming from the south on the A7, please take the A3 at the Biebelrieder Kreuz junction and follow the directions from the A3. If you are coming from the north, please leave the motorway at the "Würzburg Estenfeld" junction. Then follow the B 19 towards Würzburg. Shortly before the Würzburg town sign, the speed limit is first reduced to 80 and then 60 Kph. Take the left lane here. The road splits here. Stay on the B19, which leads to a bridge (left lane). Turn right at the second traffic light. On this road (Rottendorfer Strasse), you will see a Jet petrol station on the right after about 100m. Continue straight ahead. After approx. 200m, you will come through a narrow archway. Turn left at the traffic lights directly after the archway. You will see the Residence Palace on the left. Follow the street. Before the second traffic light, turn right into a small narrow street (Domerschulstrasse). At the very end of the street on the left hand side, you will find the Alte Universität (our location).

Directions from the Würzburg Central Train Station:

From the station you can either take a taxi to us at the Alte Universität building or take the tram. You can get to the taxi stand by leaving the station through the main entrance and turning directly left. There is a large parking lot with a taxi stand. The tram stop is located half right from the main entrance. You can use lines 1, 3 or 5. Get off at the stop "Neubaustrasse". The stops are both announced and displayed. After getting off the tram, cross the street with the tram tracks at the traffic lights. Walk along the street that runs at right angles to the tram tracks. Orient yourself two blocks further on to the red stone church tower with a black slate roof and clock. This is the tower of the Neubaukirche, which is physically part of the Renaissance university quadrangle where our offices are located. Turn left into the street in front of the tower and take the next street on the right, then you are in front of the Alte Universität (our location).
