Nikol

Daniel Nikol studied law at the University of Erlangen. He completed his legal traineeship with the Second State Examination in Law at the Bamberg Regional Court with a stop at the Munich I Regional Court. During this time, Mr Nikol worked as a lecturer for special tasks in private law at the University of Erlangen. From July 2018 to February 2019, he was a research assistant at the Chair of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Legal Theory, Information Law and Legal Informatics with Prof. Dr. Dr. Eric Hilgendorf. His main areas of interest are data protection law and the law of digitalisation.
