Summer Break

Dear Erasmus students,

The semester has now come to an end. We hope you had a successful and enjoyable stay and were able to get to know and explore the best of Würzburg. We’re glad you were here with us. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need a transcript or a Confirmation of Departure. (Please also note our instructions regarding the processing of these documents). Thursday 9 am - 12 pm
Friday 1 pm-4 pm

Closing times

For the time being, the Friday
office hours will be canceled starting July 17.

However, consultations are
available via Zoom on Friday mornings.
