Every woman who has the feeling of being discriminated against.
At universities, too, women experience disadvantages because of their gender. That is why there is a women´s representative for every school at the University of Würzburg. She takes care oft he problems individually.In addition to that, the female employees are welcome to contact the women´s representative if they are confronted with problems.
To promote gender equality. This means in practice to overcome gender-related disadvantages and to reach a balanced percentage of female and male employees at Julius-Maximilians-Universität.
